WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR INGREDIENTS AND NUTRITIONAL FACTS?

Nutritional information can always be found on the back of each product package. For all our products, you can find nutritional information on our Nutrition Facts page. If the product you’re looking for is not shown on our site, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help!

ARE THERE NITRITES IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

We acknowledge consumer preferences for no artificial sources of nitrites, such as sodium nitrite, however nitrites and their natural plant-based alternatives are added for several reasons. They help with flavor development and color retention when added to cured meats. But, the most important reason is food safety. Nitrites are an effective component in preventing the growth of bacteria that cause food borne illnesses.

You can always check the shipping status of your order by clicking on Login in the navigation bar and logging in. If you are having trouble logging in to your account, please send us a message .

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, so we’re unable to make changes to an existing order. We’re also unable to cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Supreme Beef Jerky offers the following shipping methods:
● Standard (5 to 7 business days)
● 2nd Day (2 business days)
● Next Day (1 business day)

All orders that are placed before 10 a.m. will be processed the same day. All orders placed after 10 a.m. will be processed the next business day.

Business days do not include weekends and holidays and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. All “delivery by” dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Standard Shipping:
Orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5-7 business days, depending on delivery location. All orders must have a valid street address (no P.O. boxes).

2nd Day Shipping: 
2nd Day shipping is only available on orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. 2nd Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 10 a.m. PT on a business day and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 10 a.m. PT will be processed on the following business day and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no P.O. boxes).

Next Day Shipping:
Next Day delivery is only available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed the same day if they are placed by 10 a.m. PT on a business day and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. PT on a business day or on a non-business day will be processed on the next business day and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no P.O. boxes).

Standard Shipping

Orders typically range from $0–$49.99$ depending on the size and the weight of the package. The shipping rate will display at the checkout window before any payments are made.

Orders $60 or more is FREE shipping

2nd Day - $19.99

Next Day - $29.99

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

CAN I SHIP TO TWO LOCATIONS IN ONE ORDER?

Sorry, we can only ship to one location per order.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Meat Snacks
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll be happy to replace an item for the same item you ordered or provide a full refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the credit card originally used to purchase the product.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.   

Merchandise and Wearables

Merchandise and wearables may be returned within 14 days of your purchase. All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of damage or if you received an incorrect item. We are not able to exchange for similar items at this time.
